Our coaching program begins with the completion of our diagnostic report, called the “Business Attractiveness Index”.
Once the Business Attractiveness Index is completed, we create specific recommendations to help your company run better, increase profitability and grow in value…so that you can achieve your personal financial goals. Our reports also include scores and graphics which help prioritize the areas of your business that need the most attention to increase the value of your business.
The process:
- Step 1: You complete a simple questionnaire about your business and return it to us along with the financial reports that we request. We prepare and review your “Business Attractiveness Index” report with you and offer general recommendations. This report and review begins the process of helping you run your organization more effectively, enhance its profitability and increase the value of the business. The 11 page report scores the business on 25 factors in 4 major categories: Business, Forecast, Market and Investor.
- Step 2: Further analysis and discussions help us drill down into the operational nuts and bolts of your organization, so that we can prioritize the work to be done to reach your goals.
- Step 3: We produce a detailed Action Plan that identifies what areas we believe will be most effective in addressing, the scope and schedule of work, the results you can expect and our fees.
- Step 4: We implement the Action Plan, coordinating and managing the entire process so you can continue to run your business.
- Step 5: We track your company’s performance against key industry performance benchmarks, allowing us to show you how your company’s performance is improving, relative to its competition. This “scoring” is how lenders and potential buyers would evaluate your company.
The coaching program saves you time and money. The process takes a minimum of six months to complete… for best results: 12 to 24 months.
